Yes, it is actually photography and not a fractal, which may be going through your mind. It is long-exposure light painting photography. Just beautiful and crisp, as well as a gorgeous color of blue! ( Suggested by AreteEirene and Featured by WDWParksGal )

^_^ Thanks,I see now.It sorta reminds me of the like light tunnel at the end of "2001:a space oddsesy" in a Tron inspired suspense movie.Esp.with the green fog.

:) thank you Angela! I used 2 custom build light tools, you could search on 'light painting tool' and find out how some effects are created, even better I recommend you to start experimenting with 'Light Painting' yourself its great fun!!
